I lost one pound, finally had a loss! Whoop! Total so far (this journey) 2 stone, one and a half pounds.

February and March are a challenging time for my weight loss, so i’m glad to be starting to turn a corner.  If i could get half pound loss per week i would be a very happy girl.

I have one more week before the festivities begin.  We will be celebrating Valentines day next Saturday so i have one clear week before that and then it will be the period of birthdays, mothers day, Easter and mini breaks!  I’m looking forward to the lighter nights so i can start the evening walks again.

So glad i attend a group, on their recommendation I tried pineapple cottage cheese and fruit several times this week for breakfast.  It was surprisingly satisfying (no hangry feelings) this freed up my healthy B to have later in the day.  Soup and a sarnie for lunch is a revelation lol.

How did everyone else do this week? Any tips to share?
