So after last weeks huge 4lb loss i was hoping to keep on my downwards trend.  Unfortunately i maintained.  Was slightly upset as i had shown a 1lb loss on my scales at home, but not too disappointed, i can’t lose 4lb every week and at least it wasn’t a gain.
