Note to self, Thursday night drinking doesn’t equal weight loss on Saturday!

Tried my best, i opted for baked beans and jacket potato during the evening and had several glasses of Prosecco.  I then carried on the evening drinking diet coke.  There may have been a few cheeky shots too, which didn’t help! Unfortunately though the rest of the week was on plan, this wasn’t enough to make me lose any weight and i gained a pound.

These are some of the things i ate during the week.


One good thing, was i kept up the walking this week. Apart from Monday when i was unwell.  I fully intend to do lots more steps this coming week too.


I WILL have a good loss next week!
