Lost half a pound this week.

Kinda disappointed as i had been on plan 100% all week, no cheating, no Saturday black holes, even measured out ketchup, choc shot etc.

But as long as its a loss i’m ok with that.

Still feeling a little frustrated, i seem to have reached my loss of 1.5 stone and can’t get any further, i just lose and regain the same few pounds.

Will keep going and will get there eventually.

I celebrated Valentines Day Saturday night, so hopefully that one evening off plan won’t sabotage my whole week….
